Plastic surgery scheduling deposit – Facial procedure

This payment is solely a deposit to reserve a date and surgical schedule for a facial plastic surgery procedure with the specialist.

The deposit does not represent the total cost of the procedure , nor does it guarantee the automatic performance of the surgery.
The procedure will be subject to prior medical evaluation and clinical studies, as the surgeon will determine if the patient is suitable for the procedure.

The deposit amount will be credited towards the final cost of the surgery only if the procedure is performed.
In case of cancellation, rescheduling outside of the established times or non-attendance , the deposit will not be refundable , as it covers administrative expenses, blocking of the surgical schedule and medical planning.

This deposit is non-transferable , cannot be used for other patients or for procedures other than the one previously agreed upon, and does not apply as a medical consultation .

By making this payment, the patient agrees that:

• Surgery is not a physical product nor a guaranteed result.

• Results may vary depending on each case.

• The deposit does not replace a personalized medical assessment.

• Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply without exception.
